Wedding Invitation Faux Pas: My Future Wife Invited Her Exes to Our Wedding
A groom-to-be is alarmed to find his bride’s ex-boyfriends on their invitation list

Whatever happened to good taste? The months before the wedding are always fraught with some tension and feelings are often easily hurt. It’s especially important to be considerate of not only your own feelings, but also the feelings of others around you — especially your future spouse. Follow the rules of sensitivity and you’ll be on the right path!
A Hudson Valley groom-to-be asks: “I have no idea what my fiancée is doing and why. She wants to invite several of her ex-boyfriends to our wedding! I can't believe how disrespectful she’s being to me. I’ve asked her to explain why she’s doing that and how it bothers me; her response is that she wants to show me that she is past those relationships and now she’s devoted only to me. I don’t buy it.”
