If There's a Will, There's a Way (Part IV)

Tough economy? Don't sweat it, fellow shoppers. This week, I'll show you how to ride high when the Dow is low. Today's tip: Deals and Rewards Cards

If There's a Will, There's a Way (Part IV)

Today's Tip: Deals & Rewards Cards

Take advantage of the many, many deals that stores so often offer. For instance, if you’re planning on buying more than one sweater for winter (which I’m really pretty certain everyone will be doing at some point over the course of the next several weeks), make your purchase at a store that is offering shoppers a deal. “Buy one get the second 50 percent off.” “Buy two get the third free.” It’s like music to our ears!

Also, a lot of stores, like Sephora for example, offer rewards cards options. So if you’re a frequent shopper at a certain store, be sure to inquire about enrolling in a rewards card plan, if available. Similar to a CVS card, this allows you to rack up bonus points each time you spend in that store, subsequently granting you excellent savings and, in some cases, free stuff!
