Chef Brian Molino’s innovative menu utilizes plenty of market fresh fare to infuse some surprises — think roasted quail with Saratoga apple sage stuffing — into the mix. Decadent treats (like the popular raspberry tiramisu at right) delight patrons well into the evening hours.
