Oft a hotspot for the Capital District’s political elite, this intimate hotel and eatery housed on Albany’s historic State Street exudes elegance and old-fashioned charm. Chef Brian Molino’s innovative menu utilizes plenty of market fresh fare to infuse some surprises — think roasted quail with Saratoga apple sage stuffing — into the mix. Decadent treats (like the popular raspberry tiramisu at right) delight patrons well into the evening hours.
