Known for its seasonal menu, Chateau Hathorn offers fine Swiss and French cuisine in a 19th-century Tudor castle. Surrounded by dark wood and mahogany fireplaces, the large dining area offers a welcoming environment in which to partake of the inventive fare. Offerings include puffed pastry stuffed with sweetbreads, peas, and mushrooms (pictured); filet of beef a la Hathorn with Port wine demiglace and sautéed wild mushrooms; and roast rack of lamb for two. Choose from an award-winning wine list that boasts over 12,000 bottles.
