Bridal Event Display Opportunities

Hudson Valley Magazine will host the area’s ultimate wedding event for brides, grooms, and their families. Guests will be able meet with the Hudson Valley’s most prestigious and knowledgeable wedding planners, florists, travel experts, photographers, videographers, make up artists, and entertainers. A dazzling bridal fashion runway show and samplings of hors d’oeuvres, wedding cakes, and desserts will be part of this exciting wedding event.

Sponsorship Benefits: Connect with Hudson Valley brides, grooms, and families ready to spend as they plan the biggest event of their lives. Sponsors included in all promotional efforts including radio, print ads, post cards, newspaper, direct email, invitations, online, and event signage.

Enhanced resource directory listing on hvmag.com wedding resource category for 12 months (listing to begin with signed agreement), Name mention on print promotional materials, Name listing on event program, Bridal registry in Excel spreadsheet following the event, One promotional item in brides’ gift bags to be approved by magazine.
