The new exhibit,  “Standing in Two Worlds: Iroquois in 2014”, showcases Iroquois art which explores contemporary issues including the environment, the digital/disposable age, the impact of national/international events and decisions and the role of tradition and community.  The Museum represents the world’s most comprehensive collection of modern Iroquois art.

Storm King Art Center presents Zhang Huan

Along with its permanent collection of large-scale outdoor sculptures, the art center features a special exhibit of works by Chinese contemporary artist Zhang Huan. The centerpiece of the show is Zhang’s Three Legged Buddha, which is nearly 30 feet high and weighs more than 12 tons.
