During the ShoutOut Saugerties Festival, Montano will meet participants on the lawn outside the library, where we will all together make sounds of laughter/crying to intentionally clear out our emotional "pockets" of grief/exasperation/disbelief at the current climate of our political/ecological/spiritual/emotionally charged times.
