Join us every Thursday for a beginner friendly meditation class at The Howland Cultural Center, 477 Main St. Beacon, NY 12508, presented by Kadampa Meditation Center New York. Learn practical ways to feel empowered to change yourself and change the world. These classes include guided meditations, a short teaching and practical inner tools to apply to your daily life. Connect with an experience of inner peace through meditation. Everyone is welcome, we sit in chairs and no experience is necessary. Class is $10. or call (845) 856-9000.

Kadampa Meditation Center New York is located in Sullivan County at 47 Sweeney Road, Glen Spey, NY 12737, off of Route 97, turn on to Route 31, just north of Hawks' Nest. Kadampa Meditation Center New York offers meditation classes, day courses, retreats, Buddhist prayers chanted in English and a chance to learn about the Buddhist way of life.
