This 8-week series is designed for students new to belly dance or seeking a refresher on foundations (no dance experience is necessary)!
Students can expect to learn basic belly dance technique, movement vocabulary, and traditional musical context. We will focus on developing posture, muscle isolations, basic traveling steps, and more, in a fun and inclusive class environment!
Bellydance is a low impact dance form that will help strengthen your core muscles, and train your balance as well as coordination. All are welcome to come to class and find joy in moving to the music of the world!
