Cooking On Coals will be a day of adventurous eating and drinking held at Natural Gardens in East Meredith NY. Chef Jonah Shaw, creator of Taste of the Catskills, has designed this event to focus on local producers, artisans and the unique method of cooking on coals. Meat and vegetables alike will be cooked directly on the coals and local brewers, cider makers and distillers will be on site to pour you some of their creations. the desserts are delightful but the view is even better! Enjoy a walk around the gardens or one of the ten spring fed ponds, feed the koi, or just relax and take in the fresh air. Our partners include: Brewery Ommegang, Awestruck Cider, Kerrs Creek Distillery, Wayside Cider just to name a few!
