As part of its expanded programming in 2018, Hudson Area Library will offer beginning and intermediate classes in “Senior Fitness: Core Strength & Balance” in series of four classes each. All classes will be on Saturdays, 1:30-2:30pm. The beginner sessions will be January 6, 13, 20, & 27 and then, a second beginner series, March 3, 10, 17 & 24. The intermediate sessions are scheduled for February 3, 10, 17 & 24. This class is offered in collaboration with the City of Hudson Senior Center. The class is free and open to the public. There is a cap of 12 students and registration is on a first come/first serve basis and students may sign up for one series of four classes only.
