Description

Music is everywhere.  Music can be found in a parent's lullaby, in Beyonce's new video, and also in the cables and pylons of a bridge. What?? Cables, yes. Bridges impossible you say?  Come and meet American composer Joseph Bertolozzi who has made it possible!   In this immersive presentation, Exploring Joseph Bertolozzi's Bridge Music and Tower Music, takes one into the creative mind of Joseph Bertolozzi and onto the Effiel Tower and the Mid Hudson Bridge as he explains the process of creating music from these monuments.  At the end, the audience can play along to the music with instruments that will be provided.    Mr. Bertolozzi is a composer with increaslingly numerous performances across the United States and Europe and two Top Twenty Billboard-charting albums to his credit. Orchestras, conservatories and Grammy winners perform his music. He himself has played at such diverse venues as The Vatican, The US Tennis Open, and the Effiel Tower.   Registration is required.
