This contemporary art exhibition, which is inspired by the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage in New York State, examines the state of voting rights in America today. This Preview Day includes: “The Suffragists of Westchester County,” a talk by historian Louise Bernikow, who will reveal stories of local characters who propelled women’s voting rights in New York State (3pm, $10 admission includes both events), followed by an exhibition preview reception at which guests can meet the artists and view the artwork before it opens to the public (4pm, $10 suggested donation). Proceeds benefit ArtsWestchester and The League of Women Voters of White Plains.
