InnerJourJourney Yoga is Bliss Body Yoga at Rest
Inspired by Yoga Nidra, the practice of divine sleep, and facilitator Linda Freeman's own journey work, InnerJourney Yoga leads the body into a deeply calming and relaxing state that allows the subconsious mind to expand into possiblities. Each guided meditation focuses on facilitating a different journey for the mind and spirit. Held on the first Sunday of each month, this 45-minute session will soothe you and revive you. No experience needed. Bring a blanket and pillow. The entire session is lying down.
