This class focuses on a gentle flow of movement and breath, while connecting deeply with your baby. As mothers, we will work together to maintain self-assurance, nurturing your innate wisdom to bond with your baby, and enjoy the magical experience of practicing yoga with your greatest gift. We will openly discuss the natural healing process needed for your body after baby. We will work towards gently rebuilding strength and the rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul!
Open to all babies 8 weeks old up to crawlers. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and a baby blanket for your babe to unwind on if needed.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Mary will supply restorative props to accommodate nursing mamas during the class.
