The CHHS maintains a Museum on the history of the Rosendale Cement industry, a collection of carriages and sleighs, and the Snyder Estate with its hiking trails and the Widow Jane Mine, the only publicly accessible former cement mine.
On opening day, there will be a geology walk led by Prof. Steven Schimmrich on the unique geology of the Rosendale Cement District and its realtion to the region's industrial history.
