The afternoon starts off with reading A Home for Sally by Stenetta Anthony, a story about a young dog who considers herself to be unlovable and unadoptable because of her disability. We wrap up the afternoon by making enrichment toys for the dogs up for adoption at Pets Alive.
All age groups are welcome, as one is never too young or too old to show compassion and respect to animals and people.
There is no charge for attending, but attendees are encouraged to bring Pedigree canned or dry do food or paper towels.
We do ask that you register so we know how many will be attending (https://conta.cc/2XpcVlr)
