West Point Band Presents "A West Point Holiday"

Dec 3, 2017
01:30 PM until 03:00 PM

The West Point Band will present “A West Point Holiday” on Saturday, December 2 at 1:30 p.m., and Sunday, December 3 at 1:30 p.m. at Eisenhower Hall Theatre. Food and drinks will be available at Ike’s Riverside Café starting at 12:00 p.m. Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with a Hudson Valley favorite featuring treasured holiday songs and stories. As always, this concert is free and open to all.

Escape the bleak midwinter and head to comfy-cozy Eisenhower Hall Theatre to ring in the holidays with the very merry musicians of the West Point Band. The family-friendly West Point Holiday Show is perfect for kids from 1 to 92, so bring the whole gang down for a fun-filled afternoon of singing, dancing, and maybe a little ring-ting-tingling too! Featuring a variety of holiday hits, from classic carols to contemporary jingle-bell-rock n’ roll, this Hudson Valley winter tradition will put a smile on the face of even the most bah-humbug of Grinches. The band will present songs celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, and the magic of the winter season, including an interactive 12 Days of Christmas and special West Point holiday classics that you won’t hear anywhere else.

Santa Claus will be in the lobby after the concert to pose for photos, so bring your jolliest smile!

Established in 1817, the West Point Band is the Army’s oldest musical organization and continues to provide world-class music to educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets and to serve as ambassadors of the United States Military Academy and the Army to local, national, and international communities.
