Sharing in a sacred space for all men, this five-day workshop we will support one another on our individual paths. Meditative practices give us the tools to listen and the voice to make change, within ourselves, our communities, and the world we share. This retreat is designed for those who identify as men and who are ready to make this change— one breath, word, and action at a time.

Wherever you are on your journey, this hands-on experience offers a variety of practices to keep you grounded, focused, and on target through the disciplines of yoga, meditation, chanting, movement, and storytelling. Discover the benefits and effects of physically working with the elements of fire, water, earth, and air. With compassion and understanding, discover how to collectively make a positive outcome for you and those around you.

Explore the mythos of being and return home from this workshop uplifted and inspired to maintain, provide, and have fun in all your relationships. You’ll experience:

  • Meditative Practices

  • Singing

  • Storytelling

  • Elemental and symbolic exercises for letting go and growing

  • Returning to your home inspired, focused, grounded, and empowered

Meet the Teachers

Justin Ram Das Logan LMT, IKYI, has a passion for uplifting and inspiring.

Assisting others in reawakening to their greatness through workshops and individual sessions is his true joy. As an International Kundalini Yoga Instructor and licensed bodyworker, he has studied Kundalini Yoga, meditation, sound vibration, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and energy work. Justin Ram Das works in alliance with yoga studios and healing centers throughout the northeast, including the Omega Institute, and brings decades of experience to this technique. His journey continues to unfold in the service to others through seva and bhakti yoga.

Zach Jenkins is a yoga teacher and musician from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Zach combines music, mantra, and movement in his asana practices to explore the mythos of being, presenting each pose as a symbolic exploration of mindfulness. His teaching examines yoga as an unfolding practice of fusion and synergy. Introduced to yoga while studying literature in college, he noticed the parallels between the existential philosophy and yogic philosophy. After college, he deepened his study of both yoga and meditation, leaving Louisiana for the Omega Institute and then enrolling in Soul School. He now teaches at yoga centers and studios nationwide.
