Description

Café Le Perche

It all started with a building and a baguette. Café Le Perche, located in Hudson, is the creation of Allan Chapin, a lawyer and investment banker with a weakness for fresh baked bread. Chapin found the inspiration for the café after stopping in Le Perche, France – a small town outside of Paris – and falling in love with a unique oven and the delicious baguettes it produced. What started as a re-creation of the bakery has turned into so much more; Café Le Perche now includes a baked goods market, an intimate bar and elegant dining room, an outside terrace, and, of course, their imported wood fired oven.

Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, along with a full bar and a wine list showcasing European wines. The menu features a modern take on classic bistro fare, including items such as moules frites, croque madame and their salmon Nicoise salad.

Café Le Perche prides themselves on using the freshest, local ingredients, and their baguettes are baked with a specific flour blend using only locally grown grains. Dine in, take out, or simply stop by Café Le Perche to try their renowned, fresh-baked bread for yourself.
