Chef-owners Lisa Hall and Ann Nickinson, who established the two Kitchenette locations in New York City, bring their beloved cafe to High Falls. Offerings include breakfast and brunch favorites (omelets, pancakes), lunch (burgers, salads, and soups), and dinner (pasta, chicken, and cocktails).

Kitchenette sources local ingredients, including Hudson Valley milk, cage-free eggs, organic fair trade coffee, farm-raised meats, local produce, and pure maple syrup from Doerfler Farms.

Cash only.

Hours: Mon. & Thurs. 8 a.m.-9 p.m., Fri. 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Sat.-Sun. 9 a.m.-10 p.m., closed Tues.-Weds.
