Confidence that the patient is receiving the best possible care is what Dr. Danz strives for, and achieves, in his thriving practice. He and his staff provide excellent service, professional and compassionate care, and assurance of optimal oral health, all in a friendly and attractive atmosphere. The quality of each patient’s experience is a priority. The office was renovated this year with the objective of providing comfort, beauty, and state of the art computer capabilities. Patients can relax as they watch or listen to whatever they’d like, and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is available in every room as well. Scheduling of appointments is done with true appreciation of the value of the patient’s time. Dr. Danz and his associate, Dr. Pattendien, offer the full spectrum of dental services, from mercury-free, tooth-colored fillings to crowns and implants. Two highly skilled dental hygienists take care of routine cleanings and much more. There is a full denture lab in the office capable of manufacturing a complete set of dentures in two days and repairing a broken set in one. An emphasis on continuing education ensures that the practice offers its patients the best techniques available anywhere. These services include one visit root canals; Zoom, the highly effective one hour whitening system; take home whitening tools; Lumineers; the Carifree program; and laser periodontal surgery. Dr. Danz’ policy of mimimally invasive dentistry ensures no unnecessary procedures.
Dr. Danz is one of few dentists in the region who is qualified to use LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure) for treatment of gum disease. Much more effective than the old, invasive and painful methods, these painless laser gum treatments are revolutionizing treatment of gum disease. Dr. Danz has been offering this service for five years and has seen tremendous examples of restored healthy gums.
Dr. Danz has been interested in dentistry since he was a boy. “I loved my childhood dentists and wanted to be just like them,” he says. He graduated from NYU dental school and has loved his job for forty-one years. “Our philosophy is simple: we treat people the way we want to be treated when we are dental patients. And now our patients’ smiles light up the world.”
