Dr. Matthew Hilmi completed his dental training at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1990, receiving his (DMD) with distinguished honors. Following graduation he completed six years of residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in New York City where he served as chief resident. As part of his training Dr. Hilmi earned a medical degree (MD) from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Matthew Hilmi comes from a successful family of Physicians that have practiced for over half a century in the Hudson Valley region. His professional experience has included various honors and academic awards. Dr. Hilmi maintains his surgical practice locally in his home town Kingston office. Dr. Hilmi's office is ideally located in the Medical Arts Building adjacent to Benedictine Hospital on Mary's Avenue in Kingston,NY. The office is equipped for most outpatient procedures while it is also perfectly located for emergency services and inpatient admissions at both the Kingston and Benedictine Hospitals.

His families tradition as healthcare professionals is well established in the New York State area and emphasizes a commitment to the highest standards of quality care. The doctor's emphasis is grounded on respect for the patient. Uncompromising quality care and compassion are the hallmarks of Dr. Hilmi's practice. His cases span the full range of clinical (OMS) from simple dentoalveolar surgery(dental implants and tooth extractions) to complex oral and maxillofacial reconstructive surgeries.
