Once a bustling hub for trains — with three stations for two different rail lines — the original Copake Falls station was completed in 1852. Destroyed by fire and rebuilt in 1905, the building currently houses the Depot Deli.
Located along the Harlem Valley Rail Trail — and directly across from the entrance to Taconic State Park — this convenience store and deli has been serving hikers, swimmers, and bikers since 1983.
