The Thayer HotelCategories:
Essential Information
The Thayer Hotel at West Point has been part of American history since 1926, when it was originally constructed to accommodate U.S. Military Academy personnel and their guests. It was a successor of the original West Point Hotel and is named for Colonel Sylvanius Thayer, Superintendent of the Academy from 1817 to 1833. With the historical majestic look of the entire property, The Thayer Hotel is conveniently set on a hilltop which sets the tone of the establishment. With this, we are proud to say that it is one of the most stunning wedding venues in the Hudson Valley.
