At this circa 1860 tavern, American independence is celebrated in style with a giant 48-star flag engulfing one wall, and a red-white-and-blue color scheme on the tables. Classic American fare — like pork chops, hickory-smoked ribs, and skirt steak — reigns supreme. But it’s ordering the Liberty Burger served with Freedom Fries that makes diners truly feel like they are giving Uncle Sam a proper salute. Lunch and dinner daily.
