Many markets — including those in Rhinebeck, Pleasantville, Kingston, and Troy — offer a second act in winter. Local farms that grow produce year-round supply these venues with fresh winter crops such as leafy greens, root vegetables, and frozen vegetables and fruit. See below for some of our favorites:
