Eat out at Le Bouchon in Cold Spring this month

Chef Pascal Graff, who hails from France, owns this cozy bistro located in a renovated townhouse, and offers a menu of traditional French favorites. The restaurant sports vivid red walls and ceiling, and the tables have been placed snugly together — all of which just adds to the Left Bank ambiance.
The menu offers all the classics, including escargots, bouillabaisse, and five different preparations of mussels. One diner favorite, steak frites (shown), is served in a galvanized bucket with garlic mayonnaise for dipping. Bon appétit!
