It is great to see the improvement in the culinary arts in my Home area. I grew up in Port Ewen NY. The world of food started for me a the Capri Restaurant there and moved to the DePuy Canal House. I have spent the ensuing years I have spent in the fine dining arena and now I look forward to visiting and seeing the changes that have taken place.
