Everyone's favorite dining event runs March 12-25 this spring.

With the weather taking on a new form every week, we all deserve a meal out of our normal routine — especially after braving the most recent storm. Hudson Valley Restaurant week is March 12-25, with a hefty offering of cuisines and atmospheres — find the list here. With options spanning all of the Hudson Valley and Westchester, here are six great options to get your Restaurant Week fix.

Cathryn's Tuscan Grill

Situated on Cold Spring’s always charming Main Street, Cathryn’s offers authentic Tuscan cuisine in a cozy dining room — which is reached by way of their blooming garden. With an incredibly warming ambience, a night at Cathryn’s is sure to fill your stomach and soothe your soul. The menu keeps to a Northern Italian cuisine, so be sure to try what other Italian restaurants may not offer — like the grilled partridge with blackberries or pulled rabbit with fresh pappardelle pasta.

The Eagle Saloon

For a laid-back evening, sit at the bar in this saloon-style restaurant, serving up a Southern and Asian inspired menu. Take in the controversial decor, featuring a Don’t Tread On Me mural — but it’s good to know that the owner donates part of the profits to law enforcement foundations and offers discounts to those who serve. Try the eggplant fries with harissa red pepper ketchup or the house smoked brisket quesadilla. Bonus: The Eagle Saloon is home to Westchester’s longest bar.

Valley Restaurant at the Garrison

For instagram-worthy views, be sure to make your reservation at the Valley before the sun sets — or right at sunset, for a prime shot. Overlooking the Hudson, the Valley features a seasonal American menu, boasting a fantastic selection of Regional & NYS Craft breweries. Their restaurant week menu fuses various cuisines with comforting classics. Try the beet tagliatelle, grilled hanger steak with spring garlic chimichurri, and end the evening with their citrus tart comprising grapefruit curd, citrus salad, and raspberry sauce.

The Village Tearoom

For those with sweet tooths, make a trip to The Village Tearoom, located in one of New Paltz’s many charming historic buildings — this one was previously the village’s tailor shop. Diligently supporting local farms, the tearoom aims to incorporate many Hudson Valley gems into all of their menus. Try the Hudson Valley Paté: smooth chicken liver paté, Hudson Baby bourbon, and ciabatta toast, pickles and mustard. For a sweet fix, indulge in their Honey Bee Cake: vanilla cake, apricot preserves, honey butter cream, chocolate truffle bees, and almond wings.

Henry’s at the Farm

Situated in the quaint Buttermilk Falls Inn, Henry’s at the Farm obtains many of its ingredients from their on-premise farm, marked on their menu with a Llama icon, for added charm. Before your meal, take a stroll through their storybook-esque gardens, featuring majestic views of the Hudson River. For dinner, try their pommetry mustard panko-crusted rack of lamb, served with Adirondack blue potatoes and broccolini, or the grilled Tomahawk 48oz. steak, accompanied by beer battered onion rings.
