Named in honor of the chef’s grandmother and her influence on his cooking, this cozy eatery is known for its hefty portions. The giant arugula salad (shown) gets flavor and color from roasted butternut squash, sun-dried cranberries, and crumbled goat cheese. The Black Angus strip steak — served with grilled shrimp, baked potato, green beans, and béarnaise sauce — has also emerged as a stand-out dish.
