Highland
The 411: Though officially a municipality within the Town of Lloyd, Highland is a sort of crossroads — a melding of New Paltz hipsters, Marlborough farmers, Poughkeepsie commuters, and (mostly) Italian families who have lived here for generations. Bellevue Road, with its Hudson River views, boasts some of the choicest pieces of real estate in Ulster County.
