Simple and elegant: A floral theme predominates at the Cup and Saucer Tea Room in Beacon
With exposed brick, a gorgeous ceiling, and a cozy parlor theme, the ladies of the Red Hat Society would no doubt feel right at home at the Cup and Saucer Tea Room. Specializing in British tea (served on beautiful china) and English comfort foods (crumpets, baked beans on toast), this shop is run by Shirley Holt, who hails from the U.K. herself. For a fall or winter warm-up, try pumpkin spice, red chai spice, chocolate hazelnut, or roasted almond tea, along with any of the house-made soups or crepes.
