The latest offering from the veteran baker/author is chock-full of mouthwatering recipes for cakes, pies, tarts, breads, pastries, and candies.

The book also features helpful tips (designate specific equipment for baking only) and practical advice (roll out pie dough at exactly 60 degrees F. to avoid sticking — which means you won’t need to throw flour on your counters).
