5 Cinco De Mayo Cocktail Recipes

Tamarind Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz of el Jimador blanco (or substitute tequila)
  • 1½ oz Bohemia (or substitute pale lager)
  • 5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 5 oz of tamarind syrup
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

Directions:

  1. Shake all ingredients except beer with ice.
  2. Pour over ice.
  3. Fill rest of glass with beer. 
  4. Serve in a Collins glass.
