June 10 is National Iced Tea Day (yes, there’s a day for everything) — and we’ll happily raise a toast to it. After all, is there really any better way to kick off the summer than with a refreshing glass of iced tea? These three versions get bonus points for having a little kick in the form of your favorite liquor.

  1. Add vodka and lemon slices to a tall chilled glass with ice.
