Tuthilltown Spirits' Heart of the Hudson Vodka
Like most Hudson Valleyites, the distillers at Tuthilltown Spirits in Gardiner know that apples are the key to the “heart of the Hudson.” Tuthilltown’s Heart of the Hudson Vodka (far left) is pressed from about 80 Hudson Valley apples, one batch at a time. The apples are then fermented and double distilled in a 20-plate copper pot still to create a genuine batch of apple vodka. It's not “apple-flavored” vodka as there are no artificial flavors used.

Tuthilltown Spirits’ Spirit of the Hudson Vodka
Tuthilltown Spirits satsifies a more delicate apple craving with their Spirit of the Hudson Vodka (near left). Bottled at 80 proof, this liquor is Tuthilltown's “lightest” spirit. Spirit of the Hudson Vodka contains 100% Hudson Valley apples with no artificial flavors.
