Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Just Announced Its Upcoming Spring Dates

Winter may be here, but we're already counting down to the return of prix fixe meals at some of the top restaurants in the Valley.

When it comes to our favorite biannual events, the equinoxes and solstices come in a distant second and third to our one true love: Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW).

Valley Table, the creator of this wondrous, bountiful collection of the region's top restaurants all coming together to offer tasting menus of their signature and specialty dishes, dropped a fun little belated Christmas present this year when it announced 2019's spring dates.

From Monday, March 11 all the way through Sunday, March 24 — so a full two weeks of HVRW, if you can withstand it — you can snag a three-course prix fixe lunch and/or dinner at each participating dining establishment.

Past participants have included Nyack's 8 North Broadway, Dutch Ale House in Saugerties, and Wappingers Falls favorite Heritage Food + Drink, to name only a few of the hundreds of locations throughout the Hudson Valley participating in the celebration of all things gormandizing. So make a note, save up your vacation days, and stay tuned as the list of this spring's participants comes rolling in!
