The 2018 median sale price for a home in Rockland County is $465,000, according to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Westchester County has the most expensive real estate in the state, with a median sale price of $622,500, followed by Nassau at $530,000, Rockland at $465,000 and Suffolk at $397,500.
