Join us for a sweet experience

Specializing in flames under natural heat, our menu offers a diverse choice of roasted steaks, seafood, pizza, baked pasta, paninis, and more. Fire is our craft — we bake, we roast, we sear, we experiment creatively to bring alive our “Wood Burning Oven House." The experience is sweetened with wide open Hudson River views, a Dessert Lounge, and variety of gelatos.

Eat, drink, and celebrate for a cause

Mark your calendars for the fourth annual Chefs for Clearwater event on September 14 at 5:30 pm when an all-star team of celebrated local chefs will once again come together for a single night to create hors d’oeuvres and a four-course tasting menu featuring a dining experience like no other from Hudson Valley growers, ranchers, vintners, and distillers. Proceeds from the event, held at the Culinary Institute of America overlooking the Hudson, will directly benefit Clearwater’s hands-on environmental education programs that will help prepare the Hudson Valley’s next generation of environmental leaders.
